We will give you a framework to your ideas and goals by producing concept drawings that suits your lifestyle.We'll also provide you a preliminary budget and time for completion for the works.

Award of works
Once you're in agreement with the cost and design, & time aspects of the house, We'll sign an agreement and we'll put our team in action.

Designs & Permits
We'll develop floor plans, renderings and finishing
schedule. Along with approvals of drawings from the concerned regulatory
authorities

Execution
Timelines, milestones and agenda to the Client. Initially they will start site clearing and grading work which is the followed by the construction activities. Materials will be purchased transparently according to your budget. Clients always have the flexibility to do walkthroughs and visits
